Undertaken the piloting of data collection and enrollment activity of NREGS and SSP in 2 mandals viz., Sircilla and Thimmapur of Karimnagar District of Andhra Pradesh and from thereon went on to enroll more than a million across Andhra Pradesh for issuance of smart cards through various banks for carded disbursements of the wages under NREGS and the social security pensions.
ICICI Bank, Process- Printing of KYC Cards Andhra Pradesh, India
This project involves partnering with ICICI Bank involves a turnkey assignment in issue of KYC Cards (Know Your Customer Cards.).This has been initiated by ICICI bank in India as directed by Reserve bank of India. The process is aimed at collection of forms of members of SHGs of Micro-credit financial Institutions, scan them, process the physical data into electronic form, generate bar codes, generate
Unique Relationship Number and finally print the KYC Cards. This is one of its kind of assignments in India which also involves printing of cards multilingual.
FINO, Process – Introduction of banking services to BPL families. South India.
Evolved a process for capturing of data of customers of MFIs who are below poverty line onsite at their doorstep in all the South Indian States. This is a process initiated by Evergreen Proserv in Association with FINO and ICICI Bank Ltd for the first time in India. The data includes name, address, center code, photograph, signature or thumb impression of the customers. Later SB accounts are opened and a smart card is issued which is in turn used for the banking transactions of the customers routed through an authentication device held by some business correspondents.

Evolved a business model for ADP for their project ICS (Investor Communication Services) on behalf of Evergreen Proserv wherein a need was identified to deploy seasonal resources for execution of the project during their peak period of the assignment every year. The process involves documentation of investor information, minutes of board meetings, voting rights.

Vasant Scribes Ltd, Feasibility study on setting up of Twin Center for Medical Transcription. Manila, Philippines
This project involved a study of M/s Vasant Scribes which is a leading Medical Transaction company in India which intends to set up a Twin center at Manila, Philippines from a country risk management perspective. This was done, due to the dearth of manpower for medical transcription in India in wake of a drift of the manpower towards call centers and BPOs. The study involved financials, socio-economic factors influence, FDIs, encouragement given by the Philippines government, the availability of manpower and their efficiency versus Indian Manpower, the cost efficiency due to the currency conversion and the advantage of time zone.

Ascertained the feasibility and recommended an entry strategy for Procurement and Outsourcing of Manpower at various levels for the Karvy Group of companies viz., Karvy Consultants Ltd, Karvy Computer Share Pvt. Ltd, Karvy Gobal Services. Role of Evergreen Proserv is to line up resources for data processing services, conduct eligibility tests and personal screening before recruitment. Thereafter training the recruits for processing the IPO application forms. Liaisoning with the various departments and catering to the sporadic requirements of the organization.
Karvy, Process – Data process and quality control Hyderabad, India
Evolved a process for undertaking data entry of IPO/MF application forms in huge volumes and conducting a quality control on the data entered by printing a check list and verifying the check list with the original application form and the corrected data re-entered. This process gives an accuracy of 98 % on an average. This process involves ramping up and ramping down of resources depending on the size of the IPO/MF which is strategically done forecasting the subscription of an issue.
